Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

• A photo of the damaged or defective item
• Your order number

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Items that are undamaged and in original condition are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please do not ship items back before receiving confirmation — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
